Adiradh offers the High Voltage Handheld Insulation and Continuity Tester MIT2500 for electrical and industrial testing where operating voltages exceed 1000 V and higher insulation test voltages are required. Moreover, the MIT2500 combines insulation resistance and continuity testing in one handheld instrument. Therefore, technicians can test motors, cables, electrical equipment, and specialist applications with one device. In addition, it provides adjustable insulation test voltages from 50 V to 2500 V. Also, the stabilized test voltage helps maintain the selected output during testing. Furthermore, the Guard terminal reduces the effect of surface leakage currents during high resistance measurements. Consequently, measurement accuracy can be improved in demanding conditions. In addition, PI and DAR tests support further insulation assessment. Finally, Bluetooth communication, optional rechargeable power, IP54 protection, and CAT IV 600 V applications make the MIT2500 suitable for field electrical testing and maintenance.

The MIT2500 High Voltage Handheld Insulation and Continuity Tester is designed for electrical and industrial applications that require insulation testing above the common 1 kV range. Moreover, it provides insulation testing up to 2.5 kV and resistance measurements up to 200 GΩ. Therefore, it can support testing of higher-voltage electrical equipment, motors, cables, and other assets.
In addition, users can select fixed test voltages of 50 V, 100 V, 250 V, 500 V, 1000 V, and 2500 V. Furthermore, the variable range allows any voltage from 50 V to 2500 V. Consequently, users can select a test voltage suited to the equipment under test. Also, the tester provides continuity testing from 0.01 Ω to 1 MΩ. Finally, PI, DAR, Bluetooth communication, optional rechargeable batteries, and IP54 protection add useful functions for field testing.

The MIT2500 is a high-voltage insulation resistance and continuity tester with a maximum DC test voltage of 2.5 kV and a maximum resistance reading of 200 GΩ. Moreover, its insulation test voltage can be adjusted from 50 V to 2500 V. Therefore, users can select both fixed and variable test levels for different electrical testing needs. The variable range provides 1 V steps from 50 V to 999 V and 10 V steps from 1 kV to 2.5 kV.
In addition, the tester uses test-voltage feedback control to maintain the output within 2% of the selected range during testing. Furthermore, the Guard terminal helps reduce the effect of surface leakage currents on high-resistance measurements. Also, the MIT2500 provides Polarisation Index (PI) and Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR) tests. Finally, continuity testing covers 0.01 Ω to 1 MΩ, while Bluetooth supports test-result communication and asset data transfer.
The MIT2500 uses stabilized, feedback-controlled insulation test voltage for consistent high-voltage insulation measurements. Moreover, the output is controlled to remain within 2% of the selected test voltage, even while the test is running. Therefore, users can select a precise test voltage without the larger output variation found in older designs. In addition, the variable range provides up to 1100 selectable test voltage values.
Furthermore, the built-in Guard terminal helps reduce surface leakage currents that can affect high-resistance measurements. Therefore, it supports more accurate insulation resistance testing when surface contamination or leakage is present. Also, PI and DAR measurements provide additional information about insulation condition. Consequently, technicians can perform more detailed insulation checks.
In addition, the single-range continuity function provides testing from 0.01 Ω to 1 MΩ. Therefore, the same instrument can cover both insulation and continuity tests. Finally, IP54 protection, optional rechargeable power, and Bluetooth communication support practical field use.
