In addition, the 8 MP digital camera with autofocus improves image documentation and reporting. The camera supports MSX®, thermal, picture-in-picture, and digital camera modes for better analysis. Therefore, users can inspect equipment with higher clarity and faster response. Also, the operating temperature range supports field use from -15°C to 50°C. The FLIR i64 is an app-enabled infrared thermography instrument developed for predictive maintenance and condition monitoring. It operates in the 7.5 to 13 µm spectral range and delivers thermal imaging with 480 × 640 IR resolution and <40 mK NETD sensitivity. Moreover, the camera provides ±2°C or ±2% measurement accuracy for reliable temperature diagnostics. In addition, it supports object temperature ranges from -20°C to 200°C and 10°C to 550°C for multiple industrial applications. The capacitive 5-inch LCD touchscreen with 720 × 1280 resolution improves user interaction and field analysis. Therefore, technicians can perform spot measurement, box measurement with min/max detection, delta T analysis, and isotherm evaluation. Also, emissivity correction from 0.1 to 1.0 improves accuracy. Furthermore, onboard JPEG storage includes 14-bit measurement data for advanced thermal reporting.
